Apple Chai Tea Smoothie
1 apple, sliced and cored
1/2 cup chilled Chai Tea
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
5-6 ice cubes.
1. Place the ingredients in your blender in the order above.
2. Starting on low, blend, while gradually increasing the speed to high.
You could make this without the apple, or you could add some other kind of fruit. My chai has cardamom, cinnamon and ginger. Any fruit you would enjoy with those spices would be great. Banana would probably be fantastic!
