  • reccatBacon – Recipes that contain bacon. I know you love it. We all do.
  • Beef and Pork – Soups, stews, entrees, etc. Meat is what you will find here!
  • Breakfast – These recipes will definitely help you get up and go!
  • Dessert – You are welcome to eat these any time of day you like. I don’t judge.
  • Holidays – Recipes good for holidays or for when you’re just in the holiday spirit and feel like celebrating!
  • Lowfat – Most of my recipes are pretty lowfat. This category will help you avoid those that are not.
  • Pasta – The ultimate comfort food.
  • Poultry – Chicken, turkey, duck (?) – it’s all here!
  • Seafood – Due to some seafood allergies in our family, there aren’t a ton of these recipes on my blog. But what there is can be found here.
  • Slow Cooker – Slow Cooker, Crock Pot, or just a large pot that you leave on the stove for a while. These recipes will work in any or all of those things.
  • Smoothies – The best invention for getting kids to consume vegetables! Don’t worry! Mine are lowfat!
  • Soup – Certainly you knew that you would find lots of soup recipes!
  • Uncategorized – Even I get baffled sometimes. Look for a mish mash of recipes here!
  • Vegan Food – Many of my recipes can be easily adapted to be vegan and vegetarian. Go here to avoid non-vegan food.
  • Vegetarian Food – Same as what I said above.
  • Vitamix – We sure do love our Vitamix. I’ve added a category for recipes that are great in the Vitamix. They’ll also work very well in a regular blender. Many will also be great with an immersion blender
